Stunningly Studio is a Sweden-based jewellery design studio providing high-quality custom design services to B2B clients globally. We offer both monthly subscription packages and bespoke one-time design services.

2. Services Offered
We provide the following services:

Monthly design subscriptions: Quartz, Sapphire, Diamond

Custom one-time packages based on negotiated client needs

3D CAD design, visualisation, rendering, and design consultancy
All services are delivered digitally and tailored to the specific needs of each client.
3. Eligibility
Our services are designed for business-to-business (B2B) clients. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are acting as a business or professional client, not as a private consumer.
4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in advance via our website or by invoice.

Subscription plans are charged monthly, while custom projects are invoiced based on the agreed scope.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect already purchased services.
5. Subscription Terms

Subscription services are provided on a rolling monthly basis.

Clients may cancel at any time via their account dashboard or by email.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds are provided, but full service continues until the billing period ends.
6. Custom Projects

Custom project packages are tailored according to each client’s needs and confirmed via written quotation or proposal.

Once the project scope is agreed upon and payment is received, the engagement begins.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom orders are non-refundable.
7. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Respond to communication in a timely manner

Respect intellectual property rights associated with our work

Use our designs for lawful and ethical purposes
8. Intellectual Property

Stunningly Studio retains full ownership of all drafts, concepts, and unused designs.

Final, delivered designs become the property of the client only upon full payment.

We reserve the right to display completed works (excluding confidential content) in our portfolio and marketing unless a written NDA prohibits this.
9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver our services with the highest quality and care.

However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, illness, or legal restrictions).
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or market conditions. Updates will be posted on our website, clearly stating the effective date.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malmö, Sweden.
