REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Stunningly Studio, we provide custom jewellery design services through both subscription plans and bespoke project packages. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which subscriptions or custom services may be cancelled and refunds considered.
1. Nature of Our Services
We offer creative design services via:

Monthly subscriptions:

Quartz – $1,599

Sapphire – $2,999

Diamond – $4,999

Custom Project Packages:
Tailored design services are offered through individual quotations based on specific client requirements, outside the standard subscriptions.
2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to receive full services until the end of the paid period.
3. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable due to the highly customised and labour-intensive nature of our services.

This applies to both:

Subscription plans (monthly design packages)

Custom one-time projects (bespoke design work based on individual agreements)

We ensure full access to our services for the period or scope agreed upon, even after cancellation.
4. Custom Project Packages

Clients may request a custom quote or negotiate a specific package based on their unique design needs.

Once confirmed and payment is made, the project is non-refundable, as time and resources are reserved exclusively for that engagement.

Adjustments and scope changes can be discussed prior to project start but will not result in refunds once production has begun.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in the case of billing errors (e.g., duplicate payments or technical issues), reported within 14 calendar days of the transaction. Each case will be individually reviewed.
